About Us

Morris Wade Associates was developed through the collaboration of former principals of Hanscomb Associates. Originally established in 1995 as Michael Morris Associates, Morris Wade provides project/construction management and related services to government agencies, owners, and architects throughout the United States and worldwide.

In 2023, Morris Wade was acquired by OCMI, Inc. The firm will continue to operate as Morris Wade Associates under the OCMI management structure and will offer additional preconstruction services, including scheduling, construction due diligence, and program/project construction management. OCMI was founded in 1982 as a cost consultancy and today supports 12 offices nationwide providing cost estimating, project controls, and construction management solutions to public municipalities, including an array of federal agencies like the Department of State, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, and the General Services Administration.


We act in our clients’ best interest at all times during project development. We take no commercial position in projects, therefore, our advice and information is objective and independent.
